About me
Heather Block is the Coordinator of Advanced, International, and Innovative Programs at Pearland ISD, where she leads the development and implementation of district programs, including G/T identification systems and professional development. With over 20 years of educational experience, Heather has held roles as a principal, assistant principal, and teacher. She holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and is an active member of the Texas Association for the Gifted & Talented (TAG/T).
