With a Doctorate in Education from the University of Houston, she has extensive experience in gifted education, curriculum design, and e-learning. Dr. Collins has led professional development, campus strategic planning, and mentors educators in online graduate programs. She is passionate about supporting teachers and enhancing student learning through innovative instructional strategies and personalized learning.
