About me
As Richardson ISD’s Director of Advanced Learning, Kelsey Karcher seeks to increase equity in G/T services and empower gifted learners, teachers, and families. She is a part-time facilitator for Region 10, annual speaker at SMU, Emerging Leaders Program mentor, 2023 TAG/T Advocate for the Gifted, and founder of Growing Up Gifted. Kelsey earned her B.A. in International Diplomacy and Broadcast Journalism from American University and her M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from SMU.
